(a)    The Charity undertakes work among blind and partially  sighted persons resident within the District of Breconshire.

(b)    To consider applications received for the disbursement of monies becoming available to the Charity to or on behalf of people with visual impairment who are residing within Breconshire and  to utilise these monies in such manner as may be agreed by the  Charity.

(c)    To promote and facilitate personal recreational and social activities.
